- About to ISMS 2026 !
The International Conference on Information Science, Modeling and Simulation (ISMS 2026) will be held grandly in Shaoguan, a city in northern Guangdong, China that integrates ecological development and technological innovation. This conference focuses on the cross integration of information science theory, system modeling methods, and simulation technology, aiming to build a high-level, interdisciplinary international academic exchange platform that brings together experts, scholars, researchers, engineers, and technology developers in computer science, systems engineering, mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, data science, industrial simulation, environmental simulation, and smart cities. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as information modeling and dynamic simulation technology for complex systems, intelligent modeling methods based on big data and machine learning, the application of discrete events and multi-agent simulation in transportation, logistics, and manufacturing, the construction and real-time simulation optimization of digital twin systems, immersive simulation environments driven by virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), information system security modeling and attack defense simulation, urban operation simulation and smart governance models, numerical simulation of ecological environment and climate change, the supporting role of high-performance computing in large-scale simulations, standardization of simulation platforms, and cross domain model interoperability. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, system demonstrations, and case studies, we aim to promote the deep application of modeling and simulation technology in scientific research, engineering optimization, and decision support. ISMS 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "seeing the truth through models and promoting innovation through imitation", and is committed to enhancing the cognitive ability and predictive level of complex information systems, serving intelligent manufacturing, smart society, and sustainable development. All full paper submissions to the ISMS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ISMS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

-Submission Guidelines-
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to isms@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
Call for Reviewers
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference. SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
